The firm has often been invited and taken initiative to redress the concerns of
prospective investors envisaging investment opportunities in India. Priti has addressed
businessmen, legal counsels at various conferences and seminars in Europe and the United
States organized by bar associations, industry associations, academic institutions etc to
provide an insight about the investment climate on the basis of her long 20 years of
experience. Other members of the firm are also encouraged to participate in conferences,
seminars and symposiums across the world to augment their knowledge and skills.

Three members of the firm participated in a technology delegation to
France in June 2005. Priti addressed delegates at a seminar conducted by the Indo-French Chambers
of Commerce and Industry in association with Chambre de Commerce et d' Industrie de Paris in
Paris on the legal issues of offshoring business into India.

In February 2006, Priti was invited at the CLA (now ITechLaw) Second International
Asian Conference to moderate a panel of lawyers expressing their views on the subject
of 'Managing M&A Transactions in the IT Industry'.

A symposium was conducted in June 2006 by the Center for
American and International Law on 'India - The New Asian Tiger', wherein
Priti was invited to speak and highlight the client concerns to the audience
on the issue involved in Joint Ventures and Transfer of Technology Agreements.

TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) in May 2007 with the theme and focus on
"The New Face of Entrepreneurship".

In March 2008, the firm had sponsored the "5th SCCA GALA EXTRAVAGANZA" organized by the Singapore Corporate
Counsel Association held in Singapore; three members from the firm attended this event.

In April 2008, Priti participated in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's 18th Annual Conference held in Los Angeles. As the Vice-Chair of the Women Business Lawyers Committee, she was a speaker at the Committee's program on work-life balance.
