The compensation packages of the non-lawyers are linked to their experience as well as a fulfillment of the expectations outlined above. In addition, we also provide numerous other benefits which include ongoing training, medical reimbursement, gratuity and retirement plans as well as time off, all of which are triggered after a certain amount of time is spent with the firm.
