Work and Play Hard - we have all heard this at some point or another in our lives. At PSA, we implement this phrase. We firmly believe in work-life balance and encourage off-sites, outings and social evenings as part of our work culture. The firm organizes an annual office retreat, celebrates birthdays of all lawyers and non-lawyers and try and celebrate as many Indian festivals as possible with the entire team. These outgoings are a refreshing change; they lead to bonding in a relaxed environment so that everyone is recharged. In the past, our office has organized retreats, both within India and abroad. We celebrate Holi, Diwali and Christmas together.
