Kartikay, an associate at PSA was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2007. Prior to joining PSA, Kartikay had worked with a Delhi based law firm specializing in corporate and commercial laws.
Over the last 3 years, Kartikay has earned exposure to clients and issues across the world. He has been involved in diverse areas of corporate law including acquisitions, advising clients on procedure and mode of entry into India, obtaining regulatory approvals, establishment of companies and unincorporated entities (liaison and branch offices) in India.
Kartikay has also advised a leading Korean based retailer on acquisition of minority stake in a Cyprus based holding company. He has also drafted and rendered legal opinions for an Italian industrial group involved in the business of aerospace, defence and security electronics regarding “appointment of Indian agents for representing foreign suppliers in India” under the Defence Procurement Procedure.
Kartikay’s specific areas of practice include general corporate advisory, M&A (including the entire range commencing from due diligence to structuring and drafting of appropriate contracts), defence, joint-ventures, collaborations, franchising, distributorship and a range of other corporate transactions.
