Drafting offer documents, liaising with Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and concerned stock exchanges in connection with listing is his forte. While coordinating with clients, this also involved a comprehensive drafting of the letter of offer (for rights issue) and prospectus (for public issue) and liaising with all requisite statutory agencies and the merchant bankers.

As one of the senior officials, he was involved in a legal battle against a hostile acquisition of substantial shares by a powerful NRI group. This involved a thorough appraisal of exchange control procedures, NRI investment schemes, and holding of Extraordinary General Meetings lasting several days, assisted in conducting poll demanded for removal of certain Directors.
