Divij was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2010. He assists the senior lawyers of the firm and various clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with an industry focus on aviation, defense and technology corporations.
Divij assists clients with the day-to-day compliance matters which necessitate proactive interaction with the Indian regulatory and statutory authorities across the country in order to ensure that the business of the clients is carried out effectively and in compliance with the applicable laws.
As part of the Labor, Employment and Immigration team he has worked on numerous labor issues at both central and state level and has assisted in counseling clients on concerns emanating from industrial disputes, including strikes, lock-outs, collective bargaining agreements and employee benefits. Divij advises clients in immigration law matters, particularly for expatriates, and has advised clients on the applicable law and procedure in obtaining visa extensions and FRRO registrations.
He regularly contributes to the firm’s newsletters, legal alerts, bulletins and in-house presentations.
