Priyanka was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2009. She has completed her LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is also pursuing her Company Secretary course (final level) from ICSI.
Prior to joining PSA, she has worked with the leading private sector retail joint venture organization handling their corporate compliances ensuring the mandatory filings with the Registrar of Companies, maintaining the statutory records and handling the paper works for all the Board and general meetings. She also drafted commercial contracts in the sphere of real estate, marketing and operations and employment agreements. She gained exposure in the retail industry and the licensing process for establishment of retail stores.
Over the last two years, she has appeared to represent clients in legal forums like Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, Company Law Board and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
At PSA, Priyanka advises clients in real estate and retail, taxation, corporate and commercial matters. She is also part of the litigation and arbitration team of the firm and represents clients in various forums of dispute resolutions and courts. She regularly interacts with the government officials for corporate and licensing works and handles necessary corporate filings, maintenance of statutory registers and other compliances for client companies.
She regularly contributes to the firm’s newsletters, bulletins and in-house presentations.
