Saurav, an associate with PSA, has been practicing since the year 2005. Saurav has varied experience in corporate and commercial matters with strengths in real estate, infrastructure and Public Private Partnership.
Prior to joining PSA, Saurav worked with a Delhi-based law firm with a primary focus on infrastructure and Public Private Partnership projects, inbound investments and project finance. His work has involved close interaction with clients in the government sector and several large scale public sector companies.
He has the experience of advising in large scale projects in power transmission, power generation, and port sector. Apart from this he has been on the advisory team of Public Private Partnership projects in the port sector implementing greenfield projects for establishment of terminals handling various kinds of bulk cargo.
In addition to the above, Saurav is also well versed with company law and foreign investment regulation. He has frequently assisted in the incorporation of companies, branch offices, liaison offices and the continuing corporate compliance matters. His experience also includes liaison with Indian regulatory authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India (federal bank) and Registrar of Companies.
Saurav is multi-lingual and can communicate in English, Hindi and Bengali with ease. He has also been closely associated with Social and Educational Upliftment Society which runs a school and a computer training center in Bachraon, JP Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
