Neeraj Dubey completed his law degree in 2004 and since enrolment at the Bar he has been involved in diverse areas of practice but with a focus on intellectual property rights, taxation, technology, and media law. Additionally, in view of his commercial experience, he routinely counsels companies on general corporate and regulatory compliances, competition laws, taxation, and related dispute resolution.
Neeraj has drafted Legal Strategy Planning report for handling projects for the launch of products in India on behalf of global corporations in strategic alliance with Indian companies as well as “Employment Check” and “Intellectual Property Audit Reports” for Indian companies. He has also conducted due diligence and legal audits for global corporations.
He has also represented clients for licensing of intellectual property registrations & opposition proceedings. He has assisted senior counsels in litigation matters and has experience in different forums including High Court of Delhi, National as well as District Consumer Redressal Forums and Prevention of Food Adulteration Tribunal. He has been also involved in domestic and foreign arbitration proceedings related to a major golf ball producing company of Asia as well a major energy company.
Prior to joining PSA, Neeraj worked for a Delhi-based law firm focusing on IPR, information technology and food laws. He contributed significantly towards the development of an Information Technology Resource portal as well as legal articles and newsletters.
Armed with keen research ability, Neeraj regularly contributes to the firm’s newsletters and bulletins and has authored/co-authored several articles published in Asia Law Journal, India Business Law Journal, La Lettre, Indo-US Business, Pravasi Today and web portals like, Indianwine.com, 123oye.com, and taxindiaonline.com.
