         Our corporate practice group represents clients in a broad range of activities from incorporation of companies, joint ventures, technology transfer and restructuring. To ensure that client's interests are protected, we plan, conduct and attend Board and Shareholders meetings. We also liaise with the company secretaries, draft Board and shareholders minutes to ensure statutory corporate compliances. We give advice on non-compete issues that emerge in daily corporate activity.

         As part of our general representation of corporate clients our lawyers evaluate company's disclosure obligations. We prepare and review proxy statements for annual and special meetings, the general obligations of public companies, corporate governance and insider trading issues. We also advise Board of Directors and its committees on their fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
