Aastha Mathur was enrolled in the bar in 2020. She graduated in law the same year after completing her Bachelors in Economics. She has worked on a variety of matters relating to corporate compliance, mediation, and dispute resolution. With a keen focus on research, Aastha works to find efficient solutions for often general and niche queries under law.
At PSA, Aastha assists her seniors in research, drafting contracts, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. Her work is spread across sectors such as real estate, competition, negotiable instruments, etc. She also regularly contributes to the firm’s recommendations on draft rules and regulations proposed by statutory bodies.
